Frankie Taylor is number one. Field not filled, no bump spot.

Clark is consistent, but can't improve.

Diedrich finds some power and moves two spots up the ladder on his second full ass of the weekend.

Eric Clark's incremental times: 60ft-0.953 sec., 330ft-2.557.
Jay Diedrich's incremental times: 60ft-1.003 sec., 330ft-2.592.

Right Lane: Quain Stott Runs 3.754/203.58, Now #3; Best prior run: 3.774/203.71, Was #4

Identical 0.958 sixty foot times for the pair, but Tindle's new Mustang moves hard towards the wall before the 330 lights and he has to lift.

Stott continues to sneak up on the tune up and improves a position to the new number three spot on a straight and clean pass.

Quain Stott's incremental times: 60ft-0.958 sec., 330ft-2.537.

Left Lane: Terry Leggett Runs 3.745/201.19, Now #3; Best prior run: 4.123/160.59, Was #14
Right Lane: Danny Lowry Runs 5.587/86.12, Now #13; Best prior run: 3.951/199.58, Was #12

Leggett gets closer to what he's been looking for with his first full pass of the weekend. Big time 0.936 sixty foot time to start the runs and a reasonable straight pass move him up to the new number three spot for now.

Lowry leaves well and then has the car drive hard towards the center line. He has to lift.

Terry Leggett's incremental times: 60ft-0.936 sec., 330ft-2.515.

Left Lane: Todd Tutterow Runs 3.716/206.16, Now #3; Best prior run: 3.800/204.01, Was #8
Right Lane: Randell Reid No Time, Now #6; Best prior run: 3.767/204.17, Was #5

Tutterow scores a huge 0.922 sixty foot to start a terrific looking pass right up the ladder to the latest number three spot. Great looking pass.

Reid engine dies at the green and he pulls over to the wall and is pushed back behind the line.

Todd Tutterow's incremental times: 60ft-0.922 sec., 330ft-2.509.

Left Lane: Shawn Jones Runs 5.836/104.07, Now #15; Best prior run: 4.403/123.40, Was #15
Right Lane: Mike Recchia Runs 3.826/202.00, Now #10; Best prior run: 3.857/201.07, Was #11

Strong clean pass for Recchia to move up one spot on the ladder to number ten.

Jones Duster is a little lazy off the line, shakes, spins, and goes silent.

Mike Recchia's incremental times: 60ft-1.000 sec., 330ft-2.596.

Left Lane: Todd Martin Runs 3.727/203.25, Now #4; Best prior run: 3.791/199.26, Was #8
Right Lane: Frankie Taylor Runs 3.646/209.07, Now #1; Best prior run: 3.684/208.23, Was #1

Taylor saves his best for last today. He is away first and never headed with a 0.924 sixty foot down low. He runs straight and true to the lights to improve both his ET and MPH to stay number one.

Martin waits a while on the line and then gives chase. He has a good leave, but has to chase the front end going down the track, as the car is darting around a lot. He move four spots up the ladder to the number four spot.

Todd Martin's incremental times: 60ft-0.940 sec., 330ft-2.499.
Frankie Taylor's incremental times: 60ft-0.924 sec., 330ft-2.462.

Left Lane: Dan Millen Runs 3.707/204.57, Now #3; Best prior run: 3.778/200.05, Was #8
Right Lane: Tommy D'Aprile Runs 3.655/206.10, Now #2; Best prior run: 3.698/204.17, Was #2

A terrific pair of passes with both cars running their best of the day.

D'Aprile is away first and starts his pass with a 0.896 sixty foot time. He keeps up the pace and picks up both speed and ET to stay number two.

Miller was sitting in the middle of the field and chases D'Aprile down the that with his best times to move up into the top four, just missing the three sixties.

Dan Millen's incremental times: 60ft-0.945 sec., 330ft-2.497.
Tommy D'Aprile's incremental times: 60ft-0.896 sec., 330ft-2.450.

Left Lane: Brandon Pesz Runs 3.693/204.45, Now #3; Best prior run: 3.958/161.23, Was #14

Final run of the day and it's a good one for Pesz. He finally gets a full pass and moves eleven spots up the ladder to the number three spot on the ladder. He wasn't the quickest in sixty feet with a 0.908 sixty foot time, but its plenty stout to ensure his place near the top of the ladder.

Brandon Pesz's incremental times: 60ft-0.908 sec., 330ft-2.466.

7:12 p.m. Field not filled, no bump spot. One more qualifying session to go, starting at 10:00AM tomorrow morning.
