Right Lane: Derik Milanesio Runs 6.792/153.21, Now #12; Best prior run: 7.888/114.58, Was #12

Milanesio makes a much better run to near mid-track, where the engine starts
to drop cylinders. It's his first six second pass, but he stays number twelve.

Right Lane: Megan McKernan Runs 10.736/62.79, Now #8; Best prior run: 5.558/257.43, Was #8
McKernan gets a big starting line advantage and then quickly slows.
Litton's car is lazy off the line, starts to drop holes and slows.
Left Lane: Garrett Bateman Runs 5.749/257.14, Now #10; Best prior run: 5.659/250.32, Was #10
Right Lane: Johnny Ahten Runs 5.742/247.38, Now #7; Best prior run: 5.526/253.95, Was #7
Bateman has problems getting the car into reverse at the burnout and then finally starts to back up. The car makes a strong leave and then starts to shake. Bateman pedals and slows.
Ahten's car is lazy off the line and doesn't improve.
Left Lane: Chris Demke Runs 5.463/263.82, Now #4; Best prior run: 5.521/265.12, Was #6
Severance is a no show in the right lane.
Demke's "New" car looks to have it's engine issues from Phoenix resolved. He joins Hunter and Severance with a third identical ET and splits the two with his speed. Nice clean pass.
Chris Demke's incremental times: 60ft-0.950 sec., 330ft-2.438, 660ft-3.610/210.24 mph, 1,000ft-4.612.
Left Lane: Don St. Arnaud Runs 5.368/271.52, Now #1; Best prior run: 5.491/256.06, Was #6
Right Lane: Greg Hunter Runs 5.464/262.85, Now #4; Best prior run: 5.463/264.60, Was #3
St. Arnaud leaves with Hunter and is just behind at sixty feet. He drives on by at that point and powers right into the thirties and the new top speed and ET.
Hunter runs just 0.001 from his first pass, but gets pushed back to number four by St. Arnaud.

Whiteley takes back his best ET and moves back into the top spot with a strong effort.
Martin makes another strong pass, but slows just a tad from earlier to stay #3.
