Left Lane: John Decerbo Runs 3.926/186.92, Now #4; Best prior run: 4.080/178.50, Was #9
Right Lane: John Hall Runs 4.300/131.95, Now #6; Best prior run: 3.934/192.44, Was #5

Hall shook and backpedaled, but Decerbo got it hooked up nicely and had no visible problems. That moved Decerbo
way into the field, up in the top half of the ladder, while Hall lost one spot.

Right Lane: Danny Perry Runs 5.044/100.01, Now #7; Best prior run: 3.961/189.95, Was #7
Nice run by Harris, but he stays third. Perry shook and slowed.

Left Lane: Jim Laurita Runs 3.900/195.85, Now #2; Best prior run: 3.860/195.73, Was #2
Right Lane: Tommy Franklin Runs 3.954/187.11, Now #7; Best prior run: 5.293/93.69, Was #11
Two good-looking runs, Laurita slower than his second run, Franklin finally close to a competitive pace and in the shortened field.
Left Lane: John Vergotz Runs 4.504/119.80, Now #11; Best prior run: 4.066/181.45, Was #10
Right Lane: Randy Weatherford Runs 3.930/193.35, Now #5; Best prior run: 9.356/46.11, Was #12
Both cars were moving around, Vergotz moving toward the wall and lifting. Weatherford moved to the left of the groove, but didn't lift and moved into the field as a reward for his bravery, Vergotz is on the outside.
Left Lane: Travis Harvey Runs 4.066/179.28, Now #11; Best prior run: 4.019/183.84, Was #10
Right Lane: Pat Stoken Runs 3.905/193.49, Now #4; Best prior run: 4.183/138.31, Was #12
Stoken came back to form with a last-chance run to move into the field, in the top half.
Left Lane: Steve Jackson Runs 3.782/196.04, Now #1; Best prior run: 3.828/193.54, Was #1
Right Lane: Mike Castellana Runs 6.027/77.33, Now #7; Best prior run: 3.933/192.14, Was #7
Wow! Jackson just made an awesome run, making big improvements on both ends of his career-bests. Castellana shook and slowed.
