Inaugural U.S. Class Nationals

The first and only independent big money Stock and Super Stock National Event is to
be held July 20-22, 2001 at Byron Dragway in Bryon, Ill.
The event will be open to all NHRA and IHRA Stock and Super Stock racers. The
guaranteed purse is $5,000 to win, 2,500 for the runner-up and a $1,000 for
semi-finalist in each category. In addition there will be a Stock and Super Stock
Quick 32 (no breakout) race with the winner taking $2,000 and the $1,000 going to
the runner-up. Top Stock, Nostalgia Super Stock, and Outlaw Super Stock categories
will also be featured.
