BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - Results of final, round 1 eliminations in Nostalgia Rear Motor Top Fuel at the NHRA Hot Rod Heritage Racing Series 2013, 55th Annual March Meet:

There are only two rear engine top fuel nostalgia dragsters, so this will be the final round.

Stewart car doesn't want to start initially. They crew finally gets the engine started and he does a healthy burnout. He leaves well before the tree and gives the easy win to Thompson.

Thompson is running the Warren, Coburn, and Miller tribute dragster and makes a full pass and it's a great one right on down the track on a picture perfect run.

Brad Thompson's incremental times: 60ft-0.974 sec., 330ft-2.442, 660ft-3.633/206.83 mph, 1,000ft-4.661.
