Pro Nitrous Round 1 Eliminations

ROCKINGHAM, N.C. - Results of round 1 eliminations in Pro Nitrous at the 2013 ADRL Tour presented by Speedtech, Dragpalooza IX:

11:32 a.m. Weather conditions: air temperature 66 degrees, relative humidity 31 percent, barometer 29.79 inches, adjusted altitude 960 feet, track temperature 82 degrees.

Both cars left hard, then shook. Decerbo backpedaled, the car backfired a couple times, then he went on for the win because Stoken was unable to get through the shakes and coasted through.

This was over at the green. Laurita had the advantage at the green, but went into severe shake and the engine went silent, the car coasting slowly down the track. Castellana struggled through qualifying and had to backpedal to get through shake about 100 feet out on this run, but he gets the win light.

Both drivers in this pair also had to backpedal, but Jackson got through the shakes with a quick pedal slap, while Hall was not successful.

Hall will have lane choice when he races Decerbo in the semifinals.

They left together, but Weatherford shook and slowed, while Harris made an apparently clean run, his best of the event.

Harris will have lane choice against Castellana in the semifinals.
