JUPITER, Fla. - Notes from round 2 qualifying in Top Fuel at the NHRA, Pro Winter Warmup listing lane, driver name, elapsed time/top speed this round, position in order following run, best prior elapsed time/speed, and position in order prior to run:
Left Lane: Doug Kalitta Runs 3.787/322.58, Now #3; Best prior run: 6.860/92.87, Was #10
Right Lane: Tony Schumacher Runs 3.794/325.30, Now #2; Best prior run: 3.776/324.59, Was #2

Kalitta in Lucas car again and this is a great side-by-side drag race. Doug Kalitta's incremental times: 60ft-99.999 sec., 330ft-99.999, 660ft-99.999/000.00 mph.
Tony Schumacher's incremental times: 60ft-99.999 sec., 330ft-99.999, 660ft-99.999/000.00 mph.

Left Lane: Leah Pruett Runs 4.279/188.07, Now #6; Best prior run: 3.850/307.16, Was #6
Right Lane: Antron Brown Runs 6.512/98.45, Now #7; Best prior run: 3.860/302.28, Was #7

Brown is up in smoke early and clicks it off...Pruett starts to lose traction and clicks it off.

Left Lane: Clay Millican Runs 3.804/322.73, Now #5; Best prior run: 3.828/321.42, Was #5
Right Lane: Brittany Force Runs 3.796/324.36, Now #4; Best prior run: 3.860/290.88, Was #8

This was a great side-by-side drag race...Clay Millican's incremental times: 60ft-0.850 sec., 330ft-2.160, 660ft-3.054/281.19 mph.
Brittany Force's incremental times: 60ft-0.848 sec., 330ft-2.154, 660ft-3.049/281.13 mph.

Left Lane: Bob Vandergriff Runs 3.848/320.51, Now #6; Best prior run: 3.825/321.50, Was #6
Right Lane: David Grubnic Runs 3.970/225.79, Now #9; Best prior run: 3.870/271.08, Was #9

Grubnic clicked it off early. Vandergriff with another good pass. Bob Vandergriff's incremental times: 60ft-0.867 sec., 330ft-2.186, 660ft-3.090/278.92 mph.

Left Lane: Doug Kalitta Runs 5.245/134.27, Now #1; Best prior run: 3.759/328.30, Was #1
Right Lane: Sidnei Firgo Runs 10.385/75.32, Now #10; Best prior run: 3.883/318.24, Was #10

Firgo is up in smoke right at the hit...Kalitta starts to lose traction and clicks it off. That wraps up day one from the Pro Winter Warmup.
