GRAND BEND, Ont. - Results of final, round 3 eliminations in Funny Car at the 2005 Hooters IHRA Drag Racing Series, Sixth annual Mopar Canadian Nationals presented by Castrol:

5:13 p.m. Sickles rolled into deep-stage just before the green, so Tigges' actually had a big lead at the start, but his car was out of the groove and spinning the tires, allowing Sickles to drive by for the win. Sickles narrowed the gap in points, moving around Terry McMillen and Mark Thomas, just 23 points back with the combination of this win and Atchison's 15-point 'Black Flag" penalty.
