Left Lane: Mike Janis Runs 6.282/225.56, Now #2; Best prior run: 6.302/222.55, Was #3
Right Lane: Raymond Commiso Runs 6.671/211.76, Now #21; No Prior Run
Janis was straight down Broadway to dip into the 6.20's for the first time this weekend. Commiso was real loose right off the starting line.
Left Lane: Roy Wasko Runs 6.446/218.49, Now #11; Best prior run: 6.419/219.13, Was #11
Right Lane: Thomas Patterson Runs 6.504/209.83, Now #15; Best prior run: 6.518/217.75, Was #15
No help for Wasko as he went in the wrong direction. Patterson with a little improvement, but not enough to move up the ladder.
Left Lane: Mitch Stott Runs 16.661/57.28, Now #1; Best prior run: 6.225/227.21, Was #1
Right Lane: Brian Daniels Runs 6.617/212.41, Now #16; Best prior run: 6.522/216.60, Was #16
Stott had planned to make a 400 foot pass and didn't make it past 60 feet. Daniels will stay on the bump.
Left Lane: Fred Hahn Runs 6.302/224.43, Now #4; Best prior run: 6.347/223.54, Was #7
Right Lane: Troy Critchley Runs 6.454/216.39, Now #10; Best prior run: 6.397/217.33, Was #10
Hahn shook the tires right off the starting line and then made a move toward the guardrail, but stayed with it for the second quick pass of the session. No help for Critchley.
Left Lane: Kasey Janzen Runs 15.369/79.24, Now #17; Best prior run: 6.524/215.77, Was #17
Right Lane: Ed Hoover Runs 9.322/96.15, Now #7; Best prior run: 6.346/220.75, Was #7
Janzen chattered the tires as soon as he hit the throttle. Hoover shook the tires around 100 feet.
Left Lane: Mike Lockwood Runs 10.448/97.43, Now #14; Best prior run: 6.449/220.04, Was #14
Right Lane: Steve Vick Runs 10.642/78.87, Now #9; Best prior run: 6.388/218.87, Was #9
Both cars with a lot of tire shake right off the starting line.

Castellana with violent tire shake and then made a move toward the centerline. Sinke can not improve and will have one more shot.
Left Lane: Tony Pontieri Runs 16.508/38.79, Now #18; Best prior run: 6.567/215.56, Was #18
Right Lane: Shannon Jenkins Runs 14.425/62.43, Now #24; No Prior Run
Pontieri had a lot of shake right off the starting line and it looked like he broke the four link suspension. Jenkins shook hard and is still not in the show with one more shot tonight.
Left Lane: Al Billes Runs 12.682/91.32, Now #12; Best prior run: 6.421/215.51, Was #12
Right Lane: Alan Pittman Runs 6.379/219.99, Now #8; Best prior run: 6.373/217.91, Was #8
Pittman almost repeated his time from last night which is real good considering how hot it out this afternoon. Billes shook the tires.
Left Lane: Quain Stott Runs 6.418/221.56, Now #6; Best prior run: 6.340/223.10, Was #6
Right Lane: Mark Nielsen Runs 6.579/213.52, Now #13; Best prior run: 6.428/219.61, Was #13
No help for either of these drivers.

Irving made a move in the right direction, just not enough.

Spiering Shook the tires hard, but will not get a time as someone stepped into the finish line beam right when Spiering left the starting line.
