IHRA Releases Pro Modified Statistics And Notes

NORWALK, Ohio -- IHRA has released the following chart of information tracking the performance of Pro Modified blown and nitrous entries over the course of many events and varied weather conditions.

Notes: Bad or aborted runs are not included. Runs considered are from eliminations.

The above statistics clearly show that weather does make a difference in the performance of blown engines. We will continue to evaluate performances and make changes as needed. Changes will be made carefully and reasonable time will be allowed for testing. No changes will be made for the Amalie Summer Nationals. However, statistics from Cordova will be compiled and evaluated. Adjustments to keep the Nitrous and Blown motors equal and competitive will be made as necessary.
