CLERMONT, Ind. - Notes from round 2 qualifying in Pro Stock Bike at the 47th annual Mac Tools U.S. Nationals listing lane, rider name, elapsed time/top speed this round, position in order following run, best prior elapsed time/speed, and position in order prior to run:


Left Lane: Craig Treble Runs 7.200/184.72, Now #1; Best prior run: 7.284/179.52, Was #3
Right Lane: Geno Scali Runs 7.478/168.66, Now #15; Best prior run: 12.646/58.47, Was #25

11:30AM - The Holley Dominator Duel and second round qualifying combined.

Left Lane: Matt Hines Runs 7.262/179.61, Now #4; Best prior run: 7.366/177.04, Was #7
Right Lane: Shawn Gann Runs 7.248/178.66, Now #3; Best prior run: 7.275/184.67, Was #3



Left Lane: Angelle Savoie Runs 7.127/189.87, Now #1; Best prior run: 7.245/178.90, Was #2
Right Lane: Steve Johnson Runs 7.442/174.93, Now #12; Best prior run: 7.458/173.87, Was #12

Definitely a track record ET for Angelle.

Left Lane: Antron Brown Runs 7.189/186.12, Now #2; Best prior run: 7.297/182.55, Was #5
Right Lane: Reggie Showers Runs 7.332/183.72, Now #6; Best prior run: 7.357/181.52, Was #7

Antron moves into the number two spot for now.

Left Lane: Bruce Dickson Runs 7.820/170.79, Now #25; Best prior run: 8.186/156.92, Was #25

Dickson improves on last nights time, but still isn't in the show.

Left Lane: Dennis Mirante Runs 7.771/162.78, Now #24; Best prior run: 7.809/153.53, Was #24

Mirante was loose on the top half of the track.

Left Lane: Rob Short Runs 7.423/183.07, Now #11; Best prior run: 7.737/174.57, Was #23
Right Lane: Sam Hurwitz Runs 7.523/174.50, Now #18; Best prior run: 13.542/49.29, Was #26

Hurwitz bogged down a little on the launch.

Left Lane: Redell Harris Runs 7.701/172.08, Now #24; Best prior run: 7.720/167.14, Was #24
Right Lane: Neil Jacobs Runs 7.610/163.85, Now #21; Best prior run: 7.705/166.39, Was #23

Jacobs was pressing the centerline from the middle section of the track through the lights. He crossed the centerline in the shut down area, clipping Harris in the process.

Left Lane: Connie Cohen Runs 7.451/177.56, Now #14; Best prior run: 7.616/166.72, Was #23
Right Lane: Reggie Cole Runs 7.474/173.03, Now #17; Best prior run: 7.556/174.41, Was #20

Both riders bump into the field for now.

Right Lane: Greg Underdahl Runs 7.414/177.04, Now #14; Best prior run: 7.419/180.98, Was #13

Ayers helps himself quite a bit while Underdahl drops a position.

Left Lane: Todd Doege Runs 7.268/188.54, Now #6; Best prior run: 7.437/181.20, Was #17
Right Lane: Joe DeSantis Runs 7.317/177.37, Now #7; Best prior run: 7.382/179.68, Was #9



Left Lane: GT Tonglet Runs 7.238/184.22, Now #4; Best prior run: 7.411/180.50, Was #14
Right Lane: Mike Berry Runs 7.397/182.77, Now #10; Best prior run: 7.351/181.86, Was #9

Berry didn't leave well here, his 60-foot time was way off.

After two rounds of Pro Stock Bike qualifying, Angelle is on the pole with a 7.127-second elapsed time and Rob Short is on the bump with a 7.423.
