Brown, Hight And Skillman Notch Victories at NHRA Northwest Nationals

KENT, Wash. - Antron Brown piloted his dragster to the Top Fuel victory Sunday at the 30th annual NHRA Northwest Nationals at Pacific Raceways.

Robert Hight (Funny Car) and Drew Skillman (Pro Stock) were also victorious in their respective categories at the 16th of 24 events in the 2017 NHRA Mello Yello Drag Racing Series schedule.

Antron Brown, 3.776 seconds, 326.48 mph defeated Terry McMillen, 3.772 seconds, 318.54 mph.

This is Brown's fourth win of the season, 65th of his career. It was his fourth consecutive final round, second consecutive win and fourth win at Pacific Raceways.

Robert Hight, Chevy Camaro, 3.890 seconds, 328.62 mph defeated Tommy Johnson Jr., Dodge Charger, 3.978 seconds, 323.27 mph.

This is Hight's second win of the season, 39th of his career and the 250th Funny Car win for John Force Racing. Hight had his first final round appearance at Pacific Raceways in his rookie season in 2005.

Drew Skillman, Chevy Camaro, 6.604 seconds, 209.33 mph defeated Erica Enders, Camaro, 6.609 seconds, 209.49 mph.

This is Skillman's third win this season and sixth of his career. This was his third final round appearance in four races.
