1:38 a.m. We got hit by a double-whammy two pairs into the second round of eliminations for Outlaw Pro Mod.
First, Derek Hawker's engine started smoking on his losing run against John Decerbo and the engine let go as he crossed the stripe,
leaving a four-foot-wide swath of oil in the shutdown area.
Then the rain that had been threatening for the last couple hours finally got here and the cars in the staging lanes were sent back
to the pits.
Right now, we are waiting to see what happens next. When we find out, we'll let you know.
