MILLINGTON, Tenn. - Notes from final, round 3 qualifying in Extreme Pro Stock at the 2013 ADRL Tour presented by Speedtech, ADRL Memphis Drags IV listing lane, driver name, elapsed time/top speed this round, position in order following run, best prior elapsed time/speed, and position in order prior to run:
Left Lane: Kevin Bealko Runs 4.101/176.84, Now #2; Best prior run: 4.123/175.39, Was #8
Right Lane: Bradley Waddle Runs 4.112/177.02, Now #5; Best prior run: 4.114/176.03, Was #4

3:54 p.m. Weather conditions: air temperature 83 degrees, relative humidity 68 percent, barometer 29.71 inches, adjusted altitude 2,592 feet, track temperature 98 degrees.

Bealko makes his quickest pass of the year and moves up to the second spot. Waddle makes another clean, consistent pass.


Left Lane: Doug Kirk Runs 4.139/174.84, Now #12; Best prior run: 4.165/174.10, Was #13
Right Lane: John Deflorian Jr. Runs 4.107/177.02, Now #3; Best prior run: 4.146/175.07, Was #11

Deflorian improves and moves up to the third spot. Kirk improves and moves up a spot to 12th.

Left Lane: Rick Cowger Runs 4.286/165.31, Now #13; Best prior run: 4.160/175.02, Was #13
Right Lane: Scott Hintz Runs 4.196/173.47, Now #5; Best prior run: 4.110/175.80, Was #5

Cowger drifted to the left early in the run and slowed from his earlier attempt. Hintz slowed from his earlier attempt.

Left Lane: Brian Gahm Runs 4.119/175.98, Now #9; Best prior run: 4.125/175.64, Was #10
Right Lane: Trevor Eman Runs 4.108/176.12, Now #4; Best prior run: 4.115/174.82, Was #7

Eman makes his quickest pass of the weekend and moves up to the fourth spot. Gahm makes a clean pass and moves up to the ninth spot.

Left Lane: Elijah Morton Runs 4.100/175.84, Now #3; Best prior run: 4.134/175.57, Was #11
Right Lane: Pete Berner Runs 4.095/176.17, Now #1; Best prior run: 4.108/175.39, Was #5

Berner goes right down the groove with the quickest pass of the weekend and moves into the top spot for now. Morton improves and moves all the way to the third spot.

Left Lane: Cary Goforth Runs 4.116/176.53, Now #9; Best prior run: 4.122/175.80, Was #11
Right Lane: John Bartunek No Time, Now #17; Best prior run: 4.182/174.35, Was #17

Their was a problem with the timing system and Bartunek did not receive a valid time. He will get one more chance as soon as he can get back. Goforth made a decent pass and moved up a couple of spots to ninth.

Left Lane: John Pluchino Runs 4.105/175.87, Now #5; Best prior run: 4.118/175.11, Was #10
Right Lane: Dean Goforth Runs 8.909/64.48, Now #16; Best prior run: 4.182/175.43, Was #16

Goforth shook the tires hard at the hit and backed off the throttle quickly. Pluchino went right down the groove with his quickest pass of the weekend and moves into the fifth spot.

Left Lane: Ron Miller Runs 4.174/171.86, Now #14; Best prior run: 4.169/171.62, Was #14

Miller moves around a little early in the run and slows from his earlier attempt.

Left Lane: John Montecalvo Runs 4.124/176.51, Now #2; Best prior run: 4.099/176.47, Was #2

Montecalvo makes a decent pass but slows from his best attempt.

Right Lane: John Bartunek Runs 4.254/165.01, Now #17; Best prior run: 4.182/174.35, Was #17

5:55 p.m. Weather conditions: air temperature 85 degrees, relative humidity 68 percent, barometer 29.73 inches, adjusted altitude 2,785 feet, track temperature 100 degrees.

Bartunek comes back for his make-up run but can't run quick enough to make the field.
