Pro X-Treme Round 2 Eliminations
By Larry Sullivan

BUDDS CREEK, Md. - Results of round 2 eliminations in Pro X-Treme at the 2013 X-Treme Drag Racing League, Mayhem at the Creek:

4607 Todd Martin 10 Frankie Taylor
E2 0.069 3.629 208.01 ****WINNER**** 0.033 3.641 205.57
 Prior rounds:
E1 (Q STOTT ) 0.110 3.695 204.51 (D LOWRY ) 0.107 4.317 144.58
 Qualified: #4 3.646 207.34 #1 3.604 208.81
11:02 a.m. Martin could take the points lead by beating Taylor, but that's not an easy task. Taylor, on the other hand, can take the points lead if he wins the event and Tim Tindle loses in this round.

On a holeshot, Tylor denies Taylor's bid for the points lead and gives himself a chance to go out of here with that honor.

Frankie Taylor's incremental margins: 60ft(0.013), 330 ft(0.022). MOV: 0.0248 seconds (approximately 8 feet).

Brandon Pesz remains the points leader, but that could change in the next pair of cars.

277 Terry Leggett 5 Tim Tindle
E2 ****WINNER**** 0.050 3.671 206.73 0.048 3.712 198.73
 Prior rounds:
E1 (T TUTTEROW ) 0.149 3.693 206.26 (B Pesz ) 0.034 3.747 195.56
 Qualified: #3 3.610 206.26 #7 3.866 198.52
If Tindle wins, he takes the points lead. However, Leggett is also no pushover.

Nope. In a very good drag race, Leggett took the win by less than a car length. Terry Leggett's incremental margins (negative if behind): 60ft(-0.003), 330 ft(0.023). MOV: 0.0396 seconds (approximately 12 feet).

Leggett will face Taylor in the final round, Taylor has lane choice.

Pesz can breathe a little easier, but he could still lose the points lead in the final round.
