Prostalgia Round 1 Competition
By Larry Sullivan

PITTSBURGH - Results of round 1 eliminations in Amsoil Prostalgia at the 2013 Nitro Jam Series, IHRA Pittsburgh Nitro Jam:

 Car#-Driver(Opp'nt)-RT-----ET---Speed-----Car#-Driver(Opp'nt)-RT----ET---Speed
3 Greg Jacobsmeyer 114 Peter Gallen
E1 0.109 5.272 212.77 ****WINNER**** 0.057 4.919 225.00
NOTE: Actual lanes not known. Winner listed first.
Jacobsmeyer made a decent run, but was well back at the stripe (1,000 feet) because Gallen made a very good run.

 Car#-Driver(Opp'nt)-RT-----ET---Speed-----Car#-Driver(Opp'nt)-RT----ET---Speed
389 Rick Krafft 324 Mike McIntire
E1 0.137 5.490 189.23 ****WINNER**** 0.128 5.192 210.28
This was Krafft's first race since a horrible crash at Grand Bend in his 'Chicago Fire" entry a couple years ago.

It was pretty even off the starting line, but MxIntire steadily pulled away after that. McIntire will face Gallen in the championship bracket, Gallen has lane choice.
