Left Lane: Doug Kirk Runs 4.140/175.64, Now #1
Right Lane: Lester Cooper Runs 8.562/56.57, Now #2
10:43 a.m. Cooper launched into instant tire shake and lifted. Nice first pass for Kirk.
Left Lane: Scott Hintz Runs 12.367/32.46, Now #4
Right Lane: Trevor Eman Runs 4.063/177.44, Now #1
Hintz shook immediately. Eman made a great opening run - he was stuck at 4.08 during yesterday's test session.
Left Lane: Kevin Bealko Runs 4.191/172.70, Now #3
Right Lane: Brian Gahm Runs 5.765/83.51, Now #4
Gahm launched hard, with a 0.99 60-foot time, then started turning left and he had to lift. Clean run for the "Clean Coal" GXP.
Left Lane: John Montecalvo Runs 4.977/114.88, Now #4
Right Lane: Elijah Morton Runs 6.264/99.15, Now #6
Oh-for-two. Morton's car made an immediate right turn and he had to lift. Montecalvo's run looked goof to about 330 feet, then he also lifted.
Left Lane: Mark Martino Runs 4.111/176.60, Now #2
Right Lane: Dean Goforth Runs 7.575/79.97, Now #8
Goforth squared the tires on the launch and lifted. Martino made a nice, straight, smooth run.
Left Lane: Richard Penland Runs 4.079/177.25, Now #2
Right Lane: Ron Miller Runs 8.632/50.17, Now #11
Miller launched, shook, then got a good look at the wall, forcing him to lift. Penland made a nice run to move into the #2 spot.
Left Lane: Pete Berner Runs 9.705/48.53, Now #12
Right Lane: Cale Aronson No Time, Now #14
Numbers 1 through 10 in 2012 points are all here this weekend.
When Aranson brought the RPMs up, the car rolled through the beams. Then Berner launched and his engine immediately sounded "wrong" and he listed.
Left Lane: Cary Goforth Runs 7.820/72.13, Now #11
Right Lane: John Pluchino Runs 4.776/111.01, Now #6
Tire shake in both lanes, Goforth right off the line, Pluchino further down the track.
Left Lane: John Deflorian Jr. Runs 9.895/42.43, Now #15
