CHANDLER, Ariz. - Results of round 3 eliminations in Top Fuel at the NHRA Mello Yello Drag Racing Series, 29th annual NHRA Arizona Nationals:

Massey with a slight starting line advantage, ut Lucas has the lead by 150 feet as Massey starts to smoke the tires early. Lucas with a good clean pass to go to the final..his 13th final round in Top Fuel.

Brown is 21 - 14 against Schumacher in prior events. Schumacher is out of the gate first and had the power to hold on for the hole shot win by 0.0182 seconds (approximately 9 feet). Schumacher will have lane choice over Lucas in the final...his second final of the year. Brown with the quickest pass of the round in the losing effort.
