MADISON, Ill. - Results of round 1 eliminations in Pro Stock Motorcycle at the NHRA Full Throttle Drag Racing Series, Inaugural AAA Insurance NHRA Midwest Nationals:

Pollacheck straps a hole-shot on Ray and starts to pull away. Ray starts making up ground at half track but quickly runs out of race track.

Hines is second in the points, just 13 points behind the leader Krawiec.

Hines gets off the line first and never trailed. he extends his lead at every marker and takes the win.

Krawiec will give up lane choice to Ellis in the next round.

Arana has had one of the quickest bikes in the class for the last few races but hasn't been able to take advantage of the horsepower. He is fourth in the points right now and needs this to keep pace with the leader.

Arana starts pulling away at the start and extends his lead all the way through the run to take the win.

It's another red light, Tonglet leaving too soon, giving the win to Gann. Gann did not make a qualifying pass yesterday, electing to save wear and tear on his bike after qualifying well Friday. He makes a decent pass here but will give up lane choice to Arana in the next round.
