K&N Filters Horsepower Challenge award ($3,000 to the No. 1 qualifier in Pro Stock) - Allen Johnson, Team Mopar Dodge Avenger, 6.623 seconds, 207.75 mph.

Best Engineered Vehicle - Ken Moses, 2012 Americaan Dragster, Top Dragster, Colonia, N.J.

NHRA Best Appearing Car - Greg Dlack, 1970 Ford Maverick, Super Gas, Albemarie, N.C.

NHRA Best Appearing Crew - Amanda Matusek, 2008 Ford Cobra Jet, Stock, Olathe, Kan.

Strange Engineering Perfectly Strange Performance Awards ($250 bonus to the first racer in Super Stock, Stock, Super Comp, Super Gas, and Super Street who wins an elimination round by running dead-on their dial-in or index) -
Super Stock: No winner.
Super Comp: Frank Altilio, Apoka, Fla.
Stock: Robert Dean, Evans City, Pa.
Super Gas: Marvin Benoit Jr., Avaton, Ky.
Super Street: No winner

Full Throttle Hard-Working Crew Award ($3,000 each to Top Fuel and Funny Car and $1,500 to Pro Stock for the crews that are recognized as the hardest working of the event):
Top Fuel: Doug Kalitta's Kalitta Motorsports crew for getting the veteran driver to his first final round since 2010.
Funny Car: Alexis DeJoria's Tequila Patron Funny Car team for working hard to push the rookie driver into her first career final round.
Pro Stock: Allen Johnson's Team Mopar Dodge Avenger crew for advancing to the final round at his home track after breaking five motors during testing between Englishtown and this race.
