BATON ROUGE, La. - Results of round 1 eliminations in Nitro Harley at the 2012 Nitro Jam Series, IHRA Mardi Gras Nitro Jam presented by Domino's Pizza, Day Two:

8:36 p.m. This is the site of Turner's well-documented accident last year when the handlebars and front fork broke away from the frame, forcing him to bail out at high speed.

Turner had problems and slowed. Then Dorn's bike kept going to the left and he finished in Turner's lane.
