Treadwell came up light after a good run in the first session. He made another good run here, not quite as quick as the one he lost. Kimbrough's car joined several others making twitchy runs in the right lane.

Lewis and Martel once again closed the session and Lewis improved his hold on the #1 spot. martel's speed was only off a couple mph, but he lost almost a tenth of a second somewhere along the way.
