POMONA, Calif. - Results of round 1 eliminations in Pro Stock Motorcycle at the NHRA Full Throttle Drag Racing Series, 46th annual Automobile Club of Southern California NHRA Finals:

Treble is 12-4 against Phillips at prior events, 7-4 in round one.

Treble had a hundredth in hand at the tree, but that was not enough to hold off Phillips today. Michael Phillips' incremental margins (negative if behind): 60ft(0.000), 330 ft(0.033), 660ft(0.058), 1,000ft(0.071). MOV: 0.0818 seconds (approximately 23 feet).

Matt holds a 3-0 mark against wife Angie.

Angie grabbed a huge advantage at the green and outran her husband.

This is the first time Krawiec and Camarena have raced each other. Krawiec is Camarena's 21st different opponent, Camarena is Krawiec's 32nd.

Camarena's holeshot was erased in the first 60 feet and Krawiec ran low ET of the round so far for an easy win. He will have lane choice against Phillips in round 2.

Gann holds a 2-1 record against Underdahl, 2-0 in round one.

Gann could not match his qualifying pace and Underdahl wins easily.

Hines must win in order to keep Tonglet from gaining a round in their championship race. This is the 20th time he has raced Johnson, holding a 14-5 edge in prior events and a 5-0 edge in round one.

Hines goes red and the door is open for Tonglet to win the championship.

Tonglet must win in order to keep his championship hopes alive and must win again in round two to win the championship. He is facing Guidera for the first time. Guidera is Tonglet's 17th different opponent, Tonglet is Guidera's 24th.

Tonglet has ice water in his veins, posting a great reaction time, then running low ET of the round to earn the win light and lane choice against Johnson in round two.

Whitaker won the only other time he has faced Stoffer in competition, in the opening round at Maple Grove last year.

Whitaker goes red and Stoffer will face Underdahl next round, Underdahl with lane choice.

Arana is 3-2 against Hope, but Hope is 2-1 in round one matchups.

Arana was sharp on the tree and quick on the track, with low ET of the round. He will have lane choice against Angie Smith in round 2.
