Rain Delays Saturday Racing
By Larry Sullivan

MOHNTON, Pa. - 8:45 AM -- The first round of Stock eliminations should be paired up in the staging lanes, but right now all that's happening is that things are very quiet and very damp.

There's a heavy mist hiding the hilltops surrounding Maple Grove Raceway and the track surface is shiny with a light film of moisture.

The weather forecast calls for more of the same for most of the day today, but there is a good chance there will be dry periods long enough to squeeze in a round of this or that.

We'll do our best to keep you up to date, but right now it doesn't look like we'll see a lot of racing today.
