Maybe This Time's the Charm

MOHNTON, Pa. - 5:30 PM -- It quit raining here about half an hour ago and the Safety Safari started drying the race track a few minutes later, the Sun peeking out of the clouds briefly as they began work.

If this break in the rain holds, we could be racing again by about 7:00 PM, give or take a few minutes.

When we resume, the first priority will be to get another round of Professional qualifying on the books in order to avoid having to seed top-ten racers in the points into the qualified fields after yesterday's lone qualifying session.

We'll let you know as soon as something is called to the staging lanes - should be another hour and a half at the earliest.
