By Jonathan Adams

JOLIET, Ill. - At 9:40 a.m., Super Comp drivers Rock Haas and Bob Phillips were involved in a top-end crash during round one of eliminations. Just past the finish line, Haas, who was in the right lane in his '98 Undercover dragster, crossed in front of Phillips' '91 LeBaron.
