ENNIS, Texas - Results of round 1 eliminations in Pro Stock at the NHRA POWERade Drag Racing Series, 23rd annual O'Reilly Super Start Batteries NHRA Fall Nationals:

Warren has attended all of the previous 22 Fall races here and this is only fourth time he has qualified in the bottom half of the field. Edwards is 18 - 15 against Johnson in prior events. Edwards with a big starting line advantage and the power to hold on for the hole shot win. Mike Edwards' MOV: 0.0235 seconds (approximately 7 feet).

Anderson is 22 - 11 against Yates in prior events. Anderson is just too quick on the tree and turns on the red light to give Yates the freebie. Yates will give up lane choice to Jones in the next round.

Humphreys will have lane choice over Connolly in the next round.

Johnson will get lane choice on mph, 0.12 mph faster.
