A resurgent Miersch has his hands full in this round. BIG hole shot by Miersch and he stays ahead of the thundering Reichert until almost the finish line in one of the quickest TAD race ever. Larry Miersch's incremental times: 60ft-0.930 sec., 330ft-2.385, 660ft-3.500/223.14mph, 1,000ft-4.455

Both cars ran five thirties last round and Olivarez is no match for Harker, as she nails the tree with a 0.001 sixty foot and just drives away for the win. She'll have to give lane to Reichert in round three.

Shields gets away first and storms on donw the track with an easy win. Massy isn't even in the hunt as the engine is dropping holes at the hit.
