DINWIDDIE, Va. - Results of final, round 4 eliminations in Pro Stock at the NHRA POWERade Drag Racing Series, Inaugural Torco Racing Fuels NHRA Nationals:

It's cooling off as the sun lowers so this could be a very good round.

To absolutely no one's surprise, Line puts Martino in the left lane where Halloween came early and some very spooky things started happening to the cars over there.

Knoll Gas and Energy on Martino's car and the famous Summit logo on Line's door.

As the track master he is, Martino goes straight down the track and never made a move to the center line. But even with his holeshot, the Atlas missile in the other line came thundering by.

Line ends a remarkable weekend that saw him setting new records, but probably more importantly it was when people were getting used to him being the new champion.

This Pro Stock race will be talked about for years to come, and I offer my sincere thanks to all of you for sharing it with me.
