From What I Hear.
By Bob Frey
I know there has been a lot of speculation lately about the future of a certain Pro Stock driver,
namely one Dave Connolly. I'm sure that you've all heard that he's going here, he's going there or
that he's going to drive one of the Dodges for somebody's team next year. Well, from what I hear,
Dave has just sent in the specs for his new GM corporate vehicle for next year. Now the way I see
it, you're not ordering your new company car from one company if you expect to be driving for
another company next year, but that could just be me. So, if I put two-and-two together, it looks
to me like Dave Connolly will be back behind the wheel of a Chevrolet Cobalt in 2006 and that's
good news for all of the Chevrolet fans out there and probably bad news for all of the Mopar fans.
And least that's what I hear...
